Information Matters™ was commissioned to undertake a review of the company’s main technical evaluation unit in Northern Africa.

Although a relatively young company, the company recognised that proper and efficient information management has the ability to be a competitive discriminator in a highly competitive market. As a part of its strategy for growth, it requested Information Matters™ to review its current information management practices and deliver recommendations for development.

The Information Matters™ review focused upon investigating and charting the overall Information “landscape”; the infrastructure, internal processes and procedures for business records and technical data management in the company’s main technical centre in Northern Africa.

The result of the Information Matters™ review was presented to the company and the recommendations were enthusiastically received, and the company established a project to realise corporate wide, the proposals Information Matters™ had set out for an Integrated Information Management solution.
