This major rail sector client needed to identify a ‘road-map’ for development of electronic document management which would allow access to documents by staff in each of the transport ‘modes’ and the public.

Information Matters™ consultants were retained to develop the road map and recommend technology options for access to documents by staff and the public via the internet.

We have also provided archive & records management and cataloguing services to support the Records & Archives management team to manage the move and transfer all their 200,000 plus archive boxes from a centrally owned facility and a number of offsite service providers to one prime offsite storage contractor.
